![]() ![]() Is there Falcon Lake in Oregon?įalcon Lake is every angler’s natural paradise in a secluded mountainous region of Oregon. As far as tactics go, simple is usually better on this lake. A cast or two around these areas is usually enough to get a bass to reveal itself if one is around. The purpose of this guide is to provide a quick reference regarding known and proven ways of obtaining various fish and dealing with miscellaneous problems.Sunken islands, points, and humps that top out anywhere from 7 to 20 feet beneath the surface are also likely spots to hook into them. I do not claim that the strategies listed here are the most effective or the only ways to catch any given fish. As more information comes to light, this guide should be continuously updated and refined. ![]() I realise parts of this guide may be outdated. To be honest, I don't fish that often anymore, so updates may be very infrequent. Known sections that may have unreliable data have been marked as such. If anyone finds other information here that doesn't seem to be working, please let me know in the comments. I'd also appreciate it if fellow anglers would share their fishing methods to help keep this guide up-to-date, as maintaining the accuracy and comprehensiveness of a guide this size is no small task. Still, I'm confident that the vast majority of the information presented here should be useful and accurate, until such a time when major changes are made to Fishing Planet (i.e. The removal of 'hotspots') that render this guide completely and utterly obsolete. In that case, this guide will simply serve as a trip down memory lane and will be removed or renamed. Thank you for reading, and happy fishing. Question: How do I cast further out?By default, the fishing rod has a very limited casting distance, and you'll only be able to throw the line out a few metres. ![]() ![]() This will prepare the rod for long-range casting. Pressing the right mouse button will allow you to precisely aim at where you wish to cast. You can adjust your aim left and right, as well as further away from or closer to where you're standing. Notice the long bar to the right of the screen and the white area inside it. ![]()
